Bailey's solo

Bailey was asked to sing this solo at her middle school Christmas concert. She did a wonderful job which is why I'm doomed to be a roadie for the rest of my life. Oh well, at least I will be entertained until the day I die which is a pretty good way to spend your life. I teased her that all the singing in the shower is paying off.

The theme of the concert was holiday music mixed in with history and songs of great composer's. So a classic song was played to words that tell about their life. Bailey was Brahm's with his famous lullaby song. Just a warning, the kids scream when she is done, it is supposed to be a joke to wake the audience up after falling asleep to the lullaby.

Enjoy!

Bailey, you were born to be on the stage! I told your mom just days after you were born that you would be a musician. Just by the way you reacted to your dad's playing music when you were just days old.

That was a great performance! Can't wait to hear you sing live some day!

Love you,

Laurie
