To be married to a musician . . .

Some of the time it is loud, fun, lonely, fabulous, expensive, groovy, full of change, entertaining, frustrating (remember the circus analogy?) but then I get days like this . . . and the laughter that fills my life repairs my heart and all is well again.

Leave it to you guys to to brighten our day after a long sleepless night... again. I was laughing so hard I had tears. I love the helmet and how Mark's knees and elbows stick out so far. It really does look like a circus. Did Erica and Monfred see it all as well? That was probably the best Birthday Present of all for you. Happy Birthday! I loved hearing you laugh

I showed this to Lee and he was laughing just as hard as I was. I think I laughed more the second time around. It brought tears to my eyes because Mark looks so funny. I think he looks like a mini-me or something like that on whatever that movie is called.

Sooo...in the words of Dave Grohl (Foo Fighters) "It's time like these you learn to live again, It's times like these you give and give again, It's times like these you learn to love again, It's times like these time and time again..." It's times like these that make great memories forever. It's times like these that make it great being a dad!
