Today we woke up to a familiar site, everything covered in white but usually it is frost. Mid morning the scenery changed and we were delighted to find that it was actually snowing in December!!!! We quickly bundled the girls up and ran outdoors. They ran in the snow, made snow angels, rolled down the big field hills and did a little snow gliding. Mark and I laughed at hearing the girls shrieking with delight. By the time we were finished there were red noses and frozen hands. We came in for hot cocoa and sat in front of the back window to look at the scenery. Who would have thought there was one more Christmas present yet to be discovered!

I love the snow angel!!! It looks like fun. It is so not cold here. Maybe in the 40's, but we warmed up a ton over the holidays. Hope you have a great New Year's!

I'm so glad the girls got some snow for Christmas. Bailey's snow angel looks awesome. Nothing like some snow to get you giddy. I'm hoping we have one more storm here in NY before we leave. It just makes everything so beautiful.
